Dr. Li Guiping, currently a R&D Engineer and key member of Midas Sci-Laboratory. After obtaining his Ph.D. from Humboldt University in Berlin, Germany, in October 2024, he joined Jiangxi Tongbo Technology Co., Ltd, and has immersed himself in the frontline of each stage of copper foil production, mastering the key points of each process. Since transitioning to Midas Sci-laboratory for research and development work, he has fully leveraged his solid professional knowledge as well as practical production experience,and actively promoted product performance and new product development, making significant contributions to the company's R&D efforts.
In the year of 2025 , he has led the new fluid collection team at Midas Sci-laboratory in close collaboration with our strategic customer. Together, they have conducted R&D on a new type of multi-metal fluid collection material, which is one of the key links in promoting the industrialization of solid-state batteries. From optimizing the electrolyte formulation to exploring and adjusting the electrodeposition process, he and his team have tackled challenges along the way and successfully prepared laboratory-grade samples. These samples exhibit outstanding performance, with an ultra-high tensile strength of up to 1500 MPa, earning high recognition from customers. The project has now entered the pilot equipment transformation stage, with mass production expected by mid-2026. This will not only achieve a "major breakthrough" for the company in related fields but also open up new growth points in economic benefits.
