Job Responsibilities:
1.lead the strategic planning for advanced material development in the copper foil sector, focusing on high-end copper foil materials with ultra-thin thickness, high thermal conductivity, and high-frequency/high-speed performance, as well as the technical research of supporting core auxiliary materials.
2.Initiate and manage cutting-edge R&D projects, break through key core technologies in copper foil production, optimize material formulations and process technologies, and enhance core product performance and market competitiveness.
3.Analyze industry technology trends, benchmark against top international standards, establish a development system for advanced copper foil materials, and promote the industrialization and large-scale implementation of technological achievements.
4.Lead the R&D team in conducting technical research, guide the resolution of major technical challenges in R&D, pilot, and mass production, and cultivate core R&D talent.
5.Lead patent strategies and the formulation of technical standards, develop industry-university-research collaborations, integrate high-end industry technical resources, and strengthen the company's technical barriers.
6.Interface with downstream high-end customers to understand core needs, develop customized advanced copper foil material solutions, and drive high-end applications in lithium batteries, semiconductors, new energy, and other fields.
Qualifications:
1.Ph.D in Materials Science and Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Electrochemistry, Metallic Materials, or related fields. Experience in top overseas universities or research institutions is preferred.
2. Over 8 years of R&D experience in copper foil or new metallic materials, with more than 5 years of management experience in high-end copper foil R&D teams. Must have successful cases of developing and industrializing ultra-thin copper foil (≤6μm) or special functional copper foil.
Proficient in the entire core technology process of copper foil production, with deep mastery of advanced metal material modification, electrochemical deposition, surface treatment, and other key processes. Able to independently lead major technical challenge projects.
3.Possesses strong scientific research innovation capabilities and technical assessment abilities, with a precise grasp of industry development directions. Rich experience in industry-university-research collaborations and patent strategies.
4.Excellent team management and cross-department collaboration skills, able to coordinate the implementation of R&D projects, with strong technical communication and achievement transformation abilities.
5.Holds core technical patents related to copper foil (invention patents), has led provincial or national-level new material R&D projects, and is familiar with high-end copper foil application requirements in lithium batteries and semiconductors.
