◎The new plant of 20,000-ton electrolytic copper foil at Shengen base commenced production in December 16 2025
◎We completed the sample production of high-end electronic circuit copper foil in the RTF3 series in November 2025.

◎We obtained the L7 certification for the digital development level of manufacturing enterprises in Jiangxi Province in August 2025

◎We were was recognized as a “green factory” by Jiangxi Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology in December 2024.
◎we have actively participated in drafting the national industry standard ”Electrolytic Copper Foil for Lithium Batteries” issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information
◎Technology of the PRC,As members of the drafting committee, we have developed the industry standard for Electrolytic Copper Foil for Lithium‑Ion Batteries.

◎We were recognized as a provincial enterprise technology center by the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology in December 2023.
◎We were recognized by the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Science and Technology as a potential unicorn enterprise in Jiangxi Province in December 2023
◎We were recognized by the Jiangxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission in Dec 2023 as the Jiangxi Provincial Ultra-Thin Electronic Copper Foil Engineering Research Center.
◎We have established Sichuan Tongbo as our production base in Sichuan Province.
◎We completed the development and sample production of the ultra-thin 3.5-4μm lithium battery copper foil in Q2.

2022

◎We restructured into a joint-stock company in December.
◎We completed the development and sample production of the high‑tensile, high‑elongation copper foil with a thickness of 5–6 µm in Q4 2022.

◎We have introduced investors such as BYD and Yibin Chendao (a fund invested by CATL).
2021
◎We were honored with the Gold Collaborative Award for 2021 from EVE Energy.
◎Shengen plant of 30000-ton Electrolytic Copper Foil commenced production in Aug 2021.
2020
◎We were recognized as an excellent supplier for Yiwei Lithium Energy in December 2020.
◎Our wholly-owned subsidiary, Shengen plant, has officially been established.
2019

2018
◎We launched Tongbo plant of 20,000-ton electrolytic copper foil project in April 2018.
