We, founded in August 2016 and headquartered in the High-tech Zone of Fuzhou Jiangxi, are a leading electrolytic copper foil solutions provider in China, specializing in the design, research and development, production, and sales of high-performance electrolytic copper foil, providing essential core materials that support the advancement of the new energy and electronic information industries. According to Frost & Sullivan, we ranked as the ninth-largest electrolytic copper foil producer in China by sales volume in 2024. We are also the second-largest producer of high-performance lithium battery copper foil in China by sales volume in 2024, demonstrating the strong market recognition of our technological capabilities and our market leadership.
We currently operate three major production bases: Jiangxi Tongbo base, Shengen base, and Sichuan base. By the end of 2025, Our annual total capacity reached 70,000 tonnes, and when Sichuan base commence production in late 2026, our total annual capacity will increase to approximately 100,000 tonnes, further enhancing our leading position in the industry.
In terms of products and technology, we have deeply integrated our mass production system with cutting-edge R&D, establishing systematic advantages. In the lithium battery field, we have become a representative of technological leadership and superior quality, with customers covering industry giants such as CATL, BYD, EVE, LG ES, and SK On. In the electronic circuit field, we have partnered with numerous well-known PCB customers, such as SYTECH, VICTORY GIANT TECHNOLGOY, and KINWONG Electronics. The company’s technology layout focuses on forward-looking areas, covering multiple critical industry trends.
We adopt a “Four-New” development strategy (new process, new technology, new product, new market) .Relying on our “Midas Sci-laboratory” and “Hephaestus Tech-laboratory,” we have conducted technical cooperation with universities such as Harbin Institute of Technology, Nanchang University, and Jiangxi University of Science and Technology. The company collaborates with leading customers to jointly tackle frontier materials such as solid-state battery anode current collectors.
