Dr. Li Guiping, currently a R&D Engineer and key member of Midas Sci-Laboratory. After obtaining his Ph.D. from Humboldt University in Berlin, Germany, in October 2024, he joined Jiangxi Tongbo Technology Co., Ltd, and has immersed himself in the frontline of each stage of copper foil production, mastering the key points of each process. Since transitioning to Midas Sci-laboratory for research and development work, he has fully leveraged his solid professional knowledge as well as practical production experience，and actively promoted product performance and new product development, making significant contributions to the company's R&D efforts.

In the year of 2025 , he has led the new fluid collection team at Midas Sci-laboratory in close collaboration with our strategic customer. Together, they have conducted R&D on a new type of multi-metal fluid collection material, which is one of the key links in promoting the industrialization of solid-state batteries. From optimizing the electrolyte formulation to exploring and adjusting the electrodeposition process, he and his team have tackled challenges along the way and successfully prepared laboratory-grade samples. These samples exhibit outstanding performance, with an ultra-high tensile strength of up to 1500 MPa, earning high recognition from customers. The project has now entered the pilot equipment transformation stage, with mass production expected by mid-2026. This will not only achieve a "major breakthrough" for the company in related fields but also open up new growth points in economic benefits.

Mr. Xu Chao, the current R&D Manager of Electronic Circuit Foil Technology, has been honored as the "Courageous Pioneer" of 2024 and the "Innovation Pioneer” of 2025. 
In June 2009, Xu Chao formally entered the electrolytic copper foil industry, and has devoted himself to his mission with a sincere heart and pursued his passion with dedication. Starting from grassroots positions across various production stages, he shed his impetuousness and delved deeply into his work. Through rigorous refinement on the production front line, he transformed his roles, from the details of each process to the key points of production, from the logic of the process to the practical skills, he meticulously studied and mastered everything. With a solid foundation in frontline work and a modest academic attitude, he earned unanimous recognition throughout the company.

In April 2025, Xu Chao was transferred to the R&D Department. He empowered innovation with his frontline experience and tackled challenges with craftsmanship, upgraded the performance of electronic circuit foil products and developed new products. With his persistent research spirit and collaborative responsibility, he helps the team break through core technological barriers, successfully propels the company to achieve its best historical performance.

The dedication continued to bear fruit. Under the joint efforts of Xu Chao and the R&D team, the company successfully achieved mass production capabilities for the RTF1/2/3 and HVLP1/2/3 series products in 2025. The HVLP series, with its core advantages of high peel strength and high elongation, achieved a leap in the basic physical properties of copper foil. It became a core product for the company to capture the high-end market, strongly promoting a crucial, milestone step in the company's development in the high-end electronic circuit copper foil field, and injecting strong innovative momentum into the company's high-quality development.

Wu Yating currently serves as an AR accountant in Finance Department. She joined the finance department as an intern in December 2022 and officially became a regular employee in June 2023 after graduating, taking on the role of AR accountant. She has consistently demonstrated a rigorous, meticulous, pragmatic, and efficient work attitude. She has diligently fulfilled her job responsibilities, making solid progress in areas such as receivables accounting, transaction management, and collection tracking, achieving notable work results.

Within the company, she meticulously completes the full process of receivables accounting, invoice issuance, transaction reconciliation, and collection tracking, ensuring accurate and error-free financial handling. By promptly following up on aging analysis and actively promoting the collection of overdue payments, she effectively reduces bad debt risk. She proactively optimizes work processes to enhance receivables management efficiency, actively collaborates with the team to accomplish various financial tasks, and provides precise and timely data support for the company's financial decisions and capital planning through her solid professional competence and responsible attitude. Xie Jiayi currently serves as an Administrative Specialist. She joined the company's Human Resources and Administration Department in April 2024 and is primarily responsible for the company's comprehensive administrative affairs.

Since joining the company, she has consistently adhered to an agile and efficient work style, performing her duties diligently and responsibly, while always maintaining a proactive work attitude and striving for excellence in her work outcomes.

In her work, she takes the initiative to optimize administrative processes and handle various unexpected issues properly. This effectively reduces the burden on business departments and empowers them, allowing each business unit to focus more on advancing core tasks.
